"I'm not sure if I can trust any of the macro details for each recipe when the headline/picture states a recipe and the cooking instructions on the corresponding page are for a completely different recipe. Makes me mistrust the rest of the data. It just doesn't look like much thought or effort went in to producing what could have been a decent cookbook for beginners. Typographical errors run rampant through most of the book and if you have state the mindless details of preparation--- well, I'm not sure what to say that, except that most of this book is page-filling fluff. Most of the recipes start by stating the blatant obvious such as "walk to the stove. turn stove on..." I guess if you have to reach a character limit, why not. Wish I would have read the first 5 reviews before ordering. With so many more options at NO COST on-line, in hindsight, I'd apply the $11, save a tree, and apply it toward a membership for a tried and true website with accurate information."

  • Worst book on Keto I've ever seen. I wouldn't pay $2 for this book. Plus there is a major typo. It says the keto formula is 73% carbs and 5% fat. That is completely opposite of what is correct. If someone didn't already understand this diet before they read this book it would lead them astray and they would follow the diet incorrectly. How could they publish this without someone noticing this major typo on page 5? This book does not explain the diet at all. It's just a few terrible recipes. I'm returning for a refund.
  • I am very disappointed with this book. For a $12.00 book I expected it to be loaded with a ton of helpful information and realistic recipes. It was a nothing very thin little pamphlet. None of your reasons for customer return included the book not being what I expected. Now I learn I’m not going to get a full refund and I have to pay almost $6.00 to return this piece of junk. Total rip-off. I give this book 0 stars!!!!
  • Pretty disappointed. I have a magazine with similar recipes and more information. The font is large making the thin book appear larger than it is. I will be returning it. As another reviewer mentioned, it has incorrect information stating it’s 75% Carbs and 5% Fat
  • I purchased this book intending on it to be a Christmas present for my roommate... boy was I disappointed when I received it!! The (few) pictures in the book are black and white and the quality of the book is just plain poor! I tried to return this item, but with the cost of return, it would only refund me $1.72.... so now I'm stuck with this sorry excuse for a cookbook... sooo annoying!!! I would NOT recommend this book to anyone! Not worth your money! I would give it zero stars if possible.

  • .Directions for food preparation is very concise and I was very excited to begin a diet that sounded healthy and easy to follow...thought I would begin with a positive. The recipes are horrendous...actually made my stomach turn....who eats this kind of combination of food? Some of thee ingredients are totally foreign to me and I am not a novice shopper. I will continue in my quest to find a healthy diet plan but this "book" almost turned me off of this diet.
