  • Couldn’t get through it. The words run together. Ebook is not put together professionally.
  • Loving this e-book! Seth did a really good job of giving clear exercise categories and guidelines. How many reps, sets, and circuits as well as rest time for each. This is basically a bulletproof guide to get the body you want along with how you should be eating. I like it because it compiles a bunch of really good information. I did Kayla Itsines BBG guide and this feels similar but with Kayla's guide I was always having to look at different days and I have have literally never had anyone tell me about carb cycling (WHAT!). So I'm going to give this a go. The only thing that I would say is that if you have no exercise experience you could very easily hurt yourself if you don't know what you're doing.
  • I first heard of Seth when I started following Scheana on social media. I saw the fun workouts that she did with Seth, but most of all, I saw her results. I then perused his website and googled his name to read articles and interviews that he had given to see what tips I could get from him about how he got Scheana to look so good. Then he wrote this book and it’s an absolute god-send. Seth’s book is valuable because he uses his knowledge and experience from training clients to cherry-pick only the most relevant and effective pieces of advice to bestow upon those who do not have access to him in real life. What he said about carb cycling was mindblowing, and he never shies away from emphasizing that obtaining great results means not only sacrifice but also changing your mentality and perspective. I also love that he gives you pointers on which tools to buy, such as resistance bands and HipCircle, and explains why women need to lift heavy if they want to build lean muscle to burn more fat. I don’t think the tips he provides are easy to incorporate (meal prepping and carb cycling especially are difficult) but I appreciate that he tells us these are things to do if we want to see immediate results.
  • I haven’t finished it yet because it’s so annoying to read when so many of the words don’t have a space between them! I don’t know where the author went wrong either when it was exported or whatever but it really needs to be fixed.
  • This book simply says that carb cycling HIIT training as needed for fat loss. There is not any meal plan provided or workouts provided. No new information in this book.
  • This book is amazing! Everything you ever wanted in a short, here it all is book. It's not going to be easy, but you have all the tools with this book. I cannot wait to get started. Seth did a great job explaining exactly how you can get it done.
